Servo hub motor widely used in AGV vehicles

With the arrival of Industry 4.0 era, smart factories have started using unmanned transport vehicles to move materials within the factory, and AGV vehicles have also begun to be widely used in this process.
3X MOTION has developed and manufactured its own servo wheel hub motor specifically for lightweight unmanned transport vehicles with a load of less than 350kg. Based on the different needs of our customers, we have designed five different sizes of wheel hub motors, including 4.7 inches, 5.5 inches, 5 inches, 6.5 inches, and 8 inches, with a load ranging from 100kg to 350kg.
We can also produce matching drivers that can perfectly control the motor's smooth forward and reverse rotation, switching, and braking through strong PID regulation technology. The output current is real-time controlled to prevent over-current, and the motor's speed and rotation position are accurately controlled. The motor's response time is short and the recoil force is small. We offer a series of products with 5A-200A current and wide voltage input of 12V-96V.
